The clones starting from "PC" are the intermediate vectors (or Post-Cre vector), which is the intermediate product generated during the process of constructing a targeting vector. It is not ready for ES cells transformation, but contains Gateway sites which can be replaced by reporter/trapping cassette with selection markers. For more information, please go to http://bacpac.chori.org/kompStrategy.html . If you are interested to order final targeting vectors only, please select clones starting with other than "PC" (there are various naming for targeting vectors starting with DPG, EPG, HTGR, PG, PRPG and HTGR).
